Also includes the bogies required for Bert, his tender and the ballast hopper, custom whistle (by carson08022000) and enginesound.

Uses Invisi Cab by gdennish (kuid:217537:100255); all other dependencies are built-in with Trainz 2009; other versions are unaccounted for.

Edit: several years have passed since some of this content was released and, with the fall of SI3D, some dependencies may not actually be available any more. Bert's whistlesound also apparently had the issue of being completely silent for some people while deafening for everyone else. This is being worked on. Ta.
